- Pharmaceutical products or any product that needs to be kept refrigerated under certain temperatures are not included
- Pharmaceutical products that needs prescriptions are not included
- This Service is only available for Abu Dhabi residence and only to be delivered within Abu Dhabi city.
- A minimum purchase amount should be 30 AED.
- Money must be paid before the actual purchase.
- Payments can be made on a link sent by us once the shopping list is complete and items approved.
- Communication is Via WhatsApp platform only to ensure security and avoid any mistakes and with AKYASI team only. No phone calls allowed.
- Customers are totally responsible of their items, AKYASI will hold no responsibilities over any damages of the items once it’s been delivered
- Customers must verify their items through a clear and proper picture
- Delivery will be maximum within 48 hours from confirming the payment
- Please ensure all items are received upon arrival of the delivery and inform the delivery in case of any missing items
